Job Summary

Sky Pirates of Mermaid Bay is looking for highly-motivated and fun-loving individuals with the ability to engage with customers. The ideal candidate is a strong team player with the desire to learn and grow. As an Retail Management Intern, you will need excellent communication skills, the ability to provide superior customer service and a friendly and positive attitude.

Job Duties

• Greet customers with enthusiasm upon arrival
• Create a safe and fun atmosphere for guests, coworkers, and yourself!
• Provide a positive customer service experience to all guests
• Maintains daily business operations by following policies and procedures
• Provides pricing information by answering questions
• Processes transactions
• Maintains a working knowledge of products in order to answer customer questions
• Maintains a safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules and regulations
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing other duties as assigned.

Interns that choose to continue employment after their internship will be eligible for benefits as follows. In order to be eligible for all benefits, employees must average at least 30 hours per week.

Internship Requirements

• Interns must be enrolled as a student in Sevier County Schools at the time of their application
• Interns must work a minimum of 180 hours during the semester of their internship.
• Interns must complete a self-evaluation and manager evaluation by their last day of work.
