Scenic Lift Operator

Scenic Lift Operators are responsible for the safety of our Guests while enjoying their ride up to the top of Mount. Harrison.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist Guests on and off the Scenic Chair Lift
• Making sure all Guests have a ticket to ride or checking for valid wristbands
• Knowing how to turn on/off or resetting of the lift when needed
• Clear communication with Guests in a professional manner
• Making sure all safety procedures are being followed
• Communicating with all Lift Stations of incoming or outgoing stops or slowdowns that a Guest may need
• Recording hourly turnstile numbers
• Complete all training concerning evac of the Scenic Chair Lift
• Any other duties as assigned by the Lift Supervisor

JOB SPECIFICATIONS

• Great customer service skills
• Must be safety conscious and able to make quick decisions
• Must be able to work independently or in a small team to accomplish daily job tasks
• Ability to lift 50lbs
• Able to stand for long periods
• Able to work for extended periods in all weather conditions
• Must be at least 18 years old
