Outside Attendant

Outside Attendants are responsible for the operation of multiple rides such as the Swing, Rock Wall, Alpine Slide, and Scenic Lift, ensuring Guests’ safety and satisfaction. Also, will monitor parking lots as needed. Must be 18 or older for this position!

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist Guests on different outside attractions
• Checking to make sure all Guests have tickets or a valid wristband
• Communicating properly with Guests concerning safety and instructions for the ride
• Harnessing and unharnessing Guests for the Rock Wall and ensuring safety
• Recording hourly turnstile numbers
• Keeping a clean and orderly work area
• Monitoring parking lots on the Mountain
• Any other duties as assigned by the Lift Supervisor

JOB SPECIFICATIONS

• Great customer service skills
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Must be safety conscious and able to make quick decisions
• Must be able to work independently or in a small team to accomplish daily job tasks
• Ability to lift 50lbs
• Able to stand for long periods
• Able to work for extended periods in all weather conditions
