Job Summary
We are looking for highly motivated individuals who are looking for a fast paced work environment where you will be able to influence the direction of a successful and unique dinner theater experience. As a Food and Beverage Management intern, you will be responsible for safety and customer service excellence. You will work to ensure customers leave safe and happy, while enjoying their fabulous Lumberjack Campfire Supper!
Responsibilities
- Provide an excellent customer service experience during sales transactions and inquiries
- Guide large groups of customers through their pre-show meal experience.
- Answer questions regarding food preparation, alternatives, and allergens.
- Maintain safety and sanitation standards in the kitchen and concessions area.
- Work with fellow team members to meet customer needs and daily goals
- Create a safe and fun atmosphere.
- Other duties as assigned.
Interns who wish to continue to their employment after their internship has ended will be eligible for the following benefits. Eligibility based on the number of hours worked per week may apply to some benefits.

Qualifications
Qualifications
- Must have strong communication and customer service skills
- Must be able to speak with and direct groups of customers
- Must have a strong desire to learn
- Must be available nights and weekends
- Strong team player with adaptability
- Decisive and able to quickly make decisions in a fast-paced environment
- Able and willing to work flexible schedules/shifts
- Previous tourism/entertainment experience is a plus
Internship Requirements
- Interns must be enrolled as a student in Sevier County Schools at the time of their application
- Interns must work a minimum of 180 hours during the semester of their internship.
- Interns must complete a self-evaluation and manager evaluation by their last day of work.
