NASCAR SpeedPark is a premier family entertainment destination featuring go-kart tracks, rides, mini-golf, mini-bowling, and arcade attractions. We’re looking for enthusiastic Foods Team Members to join our team and provide excellent guest service in our food and beverage operations.
Job Description:
As a Foods Team Member, you will assist guests with their food and beverage purchases, prepare and serve food safely and appealingly, and maintain cleanliness and organization in the food service areas. This role is integral to creating a positive and enjoyable experience for our guests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide a welcoming atmosphere by assisting guests with their orders and informing them about specials and offers.
- Prepare and serve food while adhering to health and safety standards, including proper food storage, cooking temperatures, and sanitation practices.
- Operate the POS system to take orders, process payments, and provide accurate change.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the food service areas, ensuring a safe and pleasant environment for guests and team members.
- Restock inventory and supplies as needed to prepare for busy periods.
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth operations and exceptional service.
- Assist with opening and closing duties to ensure the foods area is in top condition for guests.
- Follow all company policies, procedures, and ethical standards, acting as a role model for professionalism and integrity.

Qualifications
- Must be 15 years or older.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a guest-focused approach.
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with food preparation and POS systems is preferred but not required.
- ServSafe certification is not required, but willingness to complete course/test results in raise.
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 25 pounds regularly, and occasionally lift heavier loads.
- Comfort working with fryers, grills, and other kitchen equipment.
