NASCAR SpeedPark is a premier family entertainment destination featuring go-kart tracks, rides, mini-golf, mini-bowling, and arcade attractions. We’re looking for enthusiastic Foods Line Cooks to join our team and provide exceptional food service to our guests.
Job Description:
As a Foods Line Cook, you will prepare food to order in a safe, appetizing, and efficient manner to deliver the best dining experience for our guests. This role is crucial to maintaining high food quality standards and a clean, organized kitchen environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare food while adhering to health and safety standards, including proper food storage, cooking temperatures, and sanitation practices.
- Cook food to order, plate, and fill orders, ensuring all items are accurate and visually appealing.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen and food service areas, quickly addressing spills and clutter.
- Restock inventory and supplies as needed to prepare for busy periods.
- Assist team members and guests promptly with quality or safety issues.
- Assist with opening and closing duties to ensure the foods area is in top condition for guests.
- Follow all company policies, procedures, and ethical standards, acting as a role model for professionalism and integrity.

Qualifications
- Must be 16 years or older.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with a guest-focused approach.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with food preparation and cooking equipment.
- ServSafe certification is preferred but not required. Willingness to complete course/test results in a raise.
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 25 pounds regularly, and occasionally lift heavier loads.
- Comfortable working with fryers, grills, and other kitchen equipment.
- Experience over 3 years with credible resume results in higher pay.
