The Cashier performs guest services by accepting payment from guests and acting in a manner that conveys the highest possible hospitality. The cashier carefully monitors the operation of the location and assists the Supervisor in identifying and solving present and potential guest problems.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Greet all Guests in a friendly manner
• Accept Guest payments and record them with absolute accuracy
• Accurately control the register, its contents, and all transactions
• Maintain all sales data according to company policy
• Maintain a clean and orderly counter and working area
• Keep up with supplies stock
• Answer all Guest questions and concerns in a professional manner
• Count back change accurately
• Work in different environments and cross-train at all ticket locations
• Be able to give a detailed explanation of services and products
• Any other duties as assigned by the Accounting and Guest Service Manager

JOB SPECIFICATIONS

• Demonstrate excellent customer service
• Cash handling experience
• Ability to read, write, and comprehend the English language
• Dress properly, be well groomed, and have good hygiene
• Be able to stand for long periods of time
• Able to work a flexible schedule including, nights, weekends, and holidays
