 Job Summary

We are seeking a server with an outgoing personality who will create a warm, welcoming, and memorable experience for all guests – including guests at your tables and your teammates’ tables. If you enjoy talking to people and being part of a dynamic team, this may be a great fit for you!

Great communication and organizational skills are an important part of being a successful server. You will learn or improve these skills as you work alongside our long-term employees. Servers become great multi-taskers as they care for guests throughout the course of their meals.

In addition to serving duties, you will gain knowledge in all aspects of restaurant operation and management as you have opportunity to shadow and interact with the General Manager and other management staff.

Responsibilities and Learning Opportunities

• Promptly greet guests with enthusiasm as they arrive at your table
• Correctly take and enter food and beverage orders using the Toast point-of-sale system
• Deliver food to the table as soon as it comes up so the guests receive it fresh and hot
• Refill beverages throughout the meal
• Provide utensils, condiments, napkins, and fulfill other guest requests during the meal
• Keep tables clean and organized
• Engage in welcoming and friendly conversation as you guide guests through their dining experience
• Process guest payment using the Toast point-of-sale system
• Inform management of customer feedback, both positive and negative
• Pitch in to assist teammates when and where needed
