Job Summary

TopJump is looking for highly-motivated and fun-loving individuals with the ability to engage with customers. The ideal candidate is a strong team player with the desire to learn and grow. As a Retail Management Intern, you will need excellent communication skills, the ability to provide superior customer service and a friendly and positive attitude. Interns who are interested in continuing their employment with the company after their internship has ended should contact Human Resources.

Job Duties

• Greet customers upon arrival
• Create a safe and fun atmosphere
• Provide a positive customer service experience to all customers
• Maintains daily business operations by following policies and procedures
• Provides pricing information by answering questions
• Processes transactions
• Maintains a working knowledge of products in order to answer customer questions
• Maintains a safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules and regulations
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing other duties as assigned.

Internship Requirements

• Interns must be enrolled as a student in Sevier County Schools at the time of their application
• Interns must work a minimum of 180 hours during the semester of their internship.
• Interns must complete a self-evaluation and manager evaluation by their last day of work.
