The IT Department has an exciting opportunity for an IT Intern to join our team. This candidate will be self-driven, quick learner, and have an interest in information technology. Reporting to the IT Supervisor, the IT intern will be responsible for assisting with technology needs by performing software installations, setting up personal computers along with point of sale systems, as well as many other related tasks. The intern will work under the direction of the IT Supervisor(s) to support the day to day operations of the Ripley’s attractions.

Qualifications

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

Installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of various end user software (ex; Windows, MS Office Suite, Adobe)
Troubleshoot and diagnose various hardware systems
Manage and prioritize multiple tasks.
Assist with tasks and projects assigned by supervisor(s)
