Retail Associate

The Retail Associate will provide exceptional customer service to drive sales within their store.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Acknowledges and greets Guests
• Provides excellent Guest service
• Follows all cash handling procedures per company guidelines
• Drives sales results
• Maintains a neat clean, and organized sales floor
• Educates Guests on the features and benefits of our products
• Prioritizes assisting the Guests over other tasks
• Any other duties as assigned by the Retail Supervisors

JOB SPECIFICATIONS

• Cash handling experience preferred
• Retail experience preferred
• Proven written and verbal communication skills
• Demonstrates time management and organization skills
• Attention to detail
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends, evenings, and holidays
• Ability to stand for long periods
