Job Summary
We are looking for highly motivated individuals who are looking for a fast paced work environment where you will be able to influence the direction of a new company. As a Retail Management Intern, you will be responsible for safety and customer service excellence. You will work to ensure customers leave safe and happy.
Responsibilities
- Ensure a positive and uplifting guest experience
- Work with fellow team members to meet customer needs and daily goals
- Create a safe and fun atmosphere for all guests and coworkers.
- Maintain a working knowledge of products and pricing.
- Maintain an accurate inventory account for ordering purposes.
- Support the administrative needs of the general manager and managers on duty as needed
- Be responsible for an accurate till
- Other duties as assigned

Qualifications
Qualifications
- Must have strong communication and customer service skills
- Must be able to speak with and direct groups of customers
- Must have a strong desire to learn
- Must be available nights and weekends
- Strong team player with adaptability
- Decisive and able to quickly make decisions in a fast-paced environment
- Able and willing to work flexible schedules/shifts
- Previous tourism/entertainment experience is a plus
Internship Requirements
- Interns must be enrolled as a student in Sevier County Schools at the time of their application
- Interns must work a minimum of 180 hours during the semester of their internship.
- Interns must complete a self-evaluation and manager evaluation by their last day of work.
