Job Summary

As an Attractions Management Intern, you will need excellent communication skills, the ability to provide superior customer service and a friendly and positive attitude. Interns who are interested in continuing their employment with the company after their internship has ended should contact Human Resources. 

Job Duties

• Greet customers upon arrival
• Create a safe and fun atmosphere
• Provide a positive customer service experience to all customers
• Maintains daily business operations by following policies and procedures
• Provides pricing information by answering questions
• Processes transactions
• Maintains a working knowledge of products in order to answer customer questions
• Maintains a safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules and regulations
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing other duties as assigned

Interns who choose to continue employment with the company after their internship will be eligible for benefits below. In order to be eligible for medical benefits, employees must work a minimum of 30 hours per week on average.

Internship Requirements

• Interns must be enrolled as a student in Sevier County Schools at the time of their application
• Interns must work a minimum of 180 hours during the semester of their internship.
• Interns must complete a self-evaluation and manager evaluation by their last day of work.
